James Brookes is the Founder of Llumor Systems, a consultancy that helps established B2B businesses implement structured outbound revenue systems.

His background includes board-level work within complex organisations, designing and implementing company-wide systems to improve operational alignment and commercial decision-making. This included leading ISO 9001 implementation and working alongside globally recognised brands.

James’ experience spans both corporate and commercial environments, shaping his focus on the intersection of sales, systems, and buyer psychology. He believes sustainable growth comes from clarity, structure, and disciplined execution.

Llumor was created to offer a more focused, commercially grounded alternative to traditional corporate approaches — prioritising execution over theory and outcomes over activity.

James Brookes is the Managing Director of Llumor, helping established service-based businesses build predictable, revenue-focused marketing and sales systems. His work centres on fixing fundamentals, improving conversion, and turning marketing activity into booked sales conversations through practical, outcome-led strategy.

Katarina Crombie

Katarina Crombie is Head of Customer Success at Llumor, responsible for overseeing client delivery, customer experience, and long-term account performance. She ensures clients remain aligned to agreed outcomes, that activity translates into measurable progress, and that relationships are managed with clarity, consistency, and commercial focus.

Tim Cairns

Tim Cairns is Sales Director at Llumor, working directly with clients to improve sales process, conversion, and deal execution. He advises customers on how to handle opportunities generated through Llumor’s systems, helping teams qualify effectively, run better sales conversations, and close with greater consistency.
